How are my prints made and shipped?:

My main prints are shipped directly from my trusted production partner to ensure beautiful, professional quality. They normally ship within 1 - 4 business days and you will receive it (postal service willing) another couple of days later. 

If you've ordered a framed print, this will take longer, allow 7 - 10 days. Orders are sent by standard shipping, sometimes these are tracked but it depends on circumstances. If it's going to be tracked, you will be supplied with a tracking number via email. 

But I still love sending a personal thank-you from my studio - a little piece of calm from me to you and this might take longer if you're not located in the UK.

What does giclée mean? :This is the gold standard when it comes to producing fine quality, museum grade art prints. Giclée comes from the french words gicleur and gicler (to spray).

What is canvas wrapped? : the print is on the front, the sides are mirror images of the front so there is no awkward edge and wrapped then stapled to the back of the frame. Ready to hang!

What is museum wrapped?: same as canvas wrapped - just sounds more expensive!

What is float framing? : this is where your wrapped canvas is placed in a tray-like frame, where the top edge of the frame is level with the top edge of the art print. Looks very classy!

Are you a real artist or a faceless organisation? : Thank you for asking, yes and you can read all about me and my work on the 'more about me' section! What if I change my mind? : Your order automatically arrives at the printshop and sent for production immediately you have paid. This a state-of-the-art printing process and refunds cannot be given. If an item arrives damaged, the supplier will replace it as soon as possible.
